These devices are reasonably safe but follow the directions and use at your own risk. By purchasing a fire piston you agree to follow the directions and use them in a safe manner. You also agree not to hold Firepoppers, its employees, representatives, people remotely associated with, or pets liable for anything stupid that you do while using this fire piston.

You also agree that you are 18 years of age or older if required in your locality to order such a device. You agree that you are reasonably intelligent and will not use your Fire Piston for EVIL purposes. You will not place any flammable liquid or gas into the cylinder and depress the plunger, resulting in a catastrophic failure of the piston and injury to yourself or others.
